The Firm has advised renowned Multinational Corporations on various aspects of Infrastructure Projects from the Bidding Stage to the Implementation.  The advice has included Vetting, Drafting and Finalization of Construction Contracts, EPC and O&M.  The Firm have advised developers, project owners, international and domestic main contractors, as well as international and domestic specialist sub-contractors. 

Power Projects
The Firm is capable of assisting its clients in exploring of various opportunities for development and financing of power generation in India. It assists the clients in relation to various statutory clearances by the State/Central Government and their agencies as required under the law. The Firm has been involved in a few Mega Power Projects, Thermal, Combined Cycle, Hydroelectric Power Projects, etc.

Road & Highways
The services being offered by the Firm in this sector ranges from advising to the client regarding the investment opportunities which may be availed by him (whether on the BOT Scheme or the PPP scheme basis) to providing them with assistance on various legal formalities required to be complied with. The Firm offers these services for construction or development of bypasses, bridges, railway over bridges, widening of existing roads, improvement/maintenance of existing roads, etc.

Telecommunications
The Firm advises and assists the clients in relation to procedure for grant of licences, structuring, national and international regulations, etc. The Firm has been rendering its services to few of the major telecom companies of India. The Firm represents many of its clients before the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.
