She has advised extensively on banking documentation which includes Loan, Mortgage, Hypothecation, Guarantee and other such agreements and documents.

She has advised on Loan documentation, Mortgage, Hypothecation, Guarantee etc. and other ancillary Banking documentations.

She has advised clients on aspects of structuring hotels, Spas, theme restaurants including advice on manpower resourcing, contract labour and ancillary agreements.
