He has an excellent rapport with Senior Counsels and has experience in various Courts and tribunals including SAT, DRT, MRTP Commission & BIFR.

He has also advised clients on the SEBI Act and the allied Rules, Regulations, guidelines, especially in the emerging markets scenario and has been involved in IPOs of Companies and Amalgamation. He has been actively involved at Inquiry proceedings before SEBI and has conducted proceedings before SAT.

He has advised clients on Admiralty laws in India on disputes arising out of Charter Party and has been involved in arrests of Vessels, Compensation, insurance and Arbitration.
