He is also involved in documentation for the assignment of Intellectual Property rights.

He has advised Telecom Companies on issues of Taxes, including local municipal taxes, Agreements of Bailment and has been involved in major litigation involving the Telecom sector under diverse acts.

He has advised clients on issues relating to securities laws, take over code etc. and appears before the tribunal and courts.

He has advised several clients on mergers, demergers, amalgamation and provides opinions relating to commercial aspects for corporate clients.
