Employment Contracts & Contracts with Customers
The Firm counsels and guides its clients on the formulation of employment contracts as well as contracts with their customers. The Firm provides advise on labour law related issues that may have an impact on employment contracts.

Taxation
The Firm advises and assists clients with reference to tax structures, including taxes levied by the Municipal Corporation. The Firm structures taxes payable with reference to the construction of the telecommunications companies/ clients and a comprehensive tax plan is provided in order to aid the client with suitable options.
